Description
The RXD1215sas Expansion Unit is for the Rack Station RC18015xs+ high availability cluster. The RXD1215sas acts as the shared storage pool of the two computing nodes, so no data replication is required, saving more energy and rack space utilization. The storage capacity is expandable by adding additional RXD1215sas (up to 15 units) to the HA cluster, providing the scalability up to 180 HDDs and a maximum raw capacity beyond 1 petabyte.
